Reinrobo - 2015

During the Electrolux Design Lab Competition the idea of Reinrobo was born. The limited skills of vacuum cleaner robots inspired me to deal with the problem of movement and reachability in autonomous house cleaning. Reinrobo solves a big part of that problem by holding on surfaces via a vaccuum module. Just like a washer fish it sucks the surface what allowes him to move over steps or even along vertical areas like walls or furniture.
